Using the site

Use FactBurst Quiz lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access accounts that are not yours, or submit harmful or abusive content.

Accounts

Keep your login details secure and provide accurate information when creating an account. We may restrict accounts that breach these terms.

Quiz content

Quiz questions and explanations are provided for general information and entertainment. While reasonable care is taken, FactBurst does not guarantee that every item is error-free or suitable for every purpose.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the site develops. The current version is published on this page.

Quizzes, scores and XP

FactBurst may record quiz attempts, scores, XP, levels and related activity for signed-in users so that account features can work. XP and level information is part of the FactBurst account experience and has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another user.

Comments and user submissions

If you post comments or other content, you are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, spam or deliberately misleading material. FactBurst may moderate, remove or restrict content or accounts where necessary to operate the service safely.

Acceptable use

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, APIs, databases or administration areas, interfere with the service, abuse automated endpoints, bypass access controls, or use FactBurst to distribute malicious code or unlawful material.

Availability and third-party services

FactBurst may change, suspend or discontinue features when necessary. The website may also depend on third-party services such as hosting, email delivery, advertising and external video platforms. Those services are subject to their own terms and policies.
